Hey ladies!

I have these pains on my right side of my lower abdomen. Not all the time just occasionally. In September, I was diagnosed with an STI that I had for about a year. But it was completely asymptomatic. I got treated, no problems. Two months later I had this pulling sensation on the right side of my lower abs. I went in and got my IUD removed, and a pap smear (was normal). In January I started having light pains while having sex, but it went away when we added lube. But the pulling and twinging pains are still there when I pee/poo. So..I guess my question is.. What are the chances I could have PID, and only have one of the symptoms? And if I had it for a year does anybody know how badly I could be infertile.

No negative comments please. I recognize that you might not be doctors or certified to answer and I have an appointment I am just trying to not google it to terribly bad. If you can help or give advice or have any clues please let me know. Thank you so much in advance.
