belly piercing

Excuse my hairy stomach please! But I had gotten my piercing on April 29 and the piercer told me to clean it with antibacterial soap 2 times a day and I've been doing that and then I noticed my piercing looked "sunken in" I guess just to find out the hole is bigger and there's pus has anyone has this happen to them and any tips on how to treat an infected piercing?
