Am I Crazy?

This will be my 6th month TTC. I have been actively trying, so so so hard. But that's in the past, now time for another exciting rollercoaster. Here's a list of everything I'm doing & taking this month in case any of you ladies want to try something new:

• I'm taking Prenatals, Iron, Selenium, Beta Carotene, Zinc, & CoQ10. (Spring Valley)

• Hubby's taking Multivitamins, Selenium, Beta Carotene, Zinc, & CoQ10.

(If you look up what each of those does for woman fertility or man's sperm, you'd be amazed & probably would want to begin supplements too. 🤗)

• I'm using ovulation tests, OPKs.

• I always track my CM, it tells you the most!!

• I began recording my BBT last month.

• I purchased Preseed to use for the first time.

• I will be doing the pineapple method. Eating 1 slice a day for 5 days after ovulation, including the core. This contains bromelain, which is a blood thinner but this causes more blood to flow through the uterus which in turn, thickens it making it a cozy home for an egg. 🤗

• No caffeine or alcohol.

• Eating more & eating healthy (I have a tiny appetite.)

• Drinking Boosts or Ensures to help with appetite.

• Light Exercising

• Of course, I will be BD'ing EVERYDAY again. ❤

• Last but not least, I prayed & talked to God. 🙏
