maternity leave
So heartbroken right now. Turns out I don't have as many PTO hours saved up as I thought and will only have enough to take off 4-5 weeks with pay. We can't afford to go without pay. But I feel like that is too young and tiny to take a baby to a daycare. And we don't have family available to watch at home. I don't know how anyone does this 😭😭💔
