Distraction??

Been going through a lot lately i feel stressed and depressed at the same time i worry about everything and people are just like stop worrying but its easier said then done. Its my senior year next year and im worried about that and one of my best friends wont talk to me because he has a gf and she doesnt want him talking to any girls and he doesnt want to mess that up. Which hurts because he was always there for me and could make me feel better but now hes blocked me because of her so i cant talk to him. My mom works all the time so im usually home all by myself. I try to talk to some of my other friends but there busy most of the time and dont get back to me till im already asleep. Which im not blaming them i understand but i wish i had someone to talk to and get advice from. What can i do to distract myself or not be so stressed out
