at 37 weeks i was already dilated with 1cm, i started loosing my mucus plug at 39wks

On the morning of May 5th i had my appoiment they checked my cervix i was still 1cm dialated, so i got home i laid in bed and around 7pm i felt like something pop inside of me and i had a crampy pinch pain on my pelvis so when i stand up from bed my water gush so i went running to the shower and another gush came down so i got dressed up put on a pad and head up to the L&D got there at 7:15pm the hoocked me up on the machine and at 7:30pm they check my cervix and i was already 4cm while the Ob was checking on my cervix another gush of water came out she said your water did break so im going to admit you, i got admited 2hrs after i wanted to use the bathroom so they check me again before letting me go to the bathroom and i was 6cm, i went to the bathroom and i was having contractions not too strong they were in a pattern every 3-4min but pain was not that bad i was bearly feeling them, an hour passed and i was getting my contractions stronger i really wanted to ask my doctor for an epidoral but then i was like i can do it with out it, if i did it without epidoral my first delivery 10yrs ago i can do it this time, so i started taking deep breath and holding the pain my husband was hugging me and grabbing my hand when i was having the contractions, but as they were getting stronger i was having the urge to push i had around 5contractions like that and thats when i told my husband i feel that i need to push so he told me call the nurse so i did and they came in less than a second, when my Ob checked my cervix she said you are fully dilated its time to push she put on her gloves and i started pushing after 10min of pushing My Baby Boy arrived

No Pain meds, and He Didnt even ripped me I was able to use the bathroom by myself the same day and i was also able to eat as soon they moved me to the recovery room, the only pain i had was my lower back do to the pushing and my herniated disk, and those bed that were bad they were air compressed and they used to inflate by themselves everytime i was able to find a comfy spot ugh!! lol but other than that I feel Amazing I dont even feel like i had just gave birth 4days ago Thank God and all the Glory to God that everything is going great with me and my baby
