BF moms

I'm having major trouble with my baby overfeeding... I actually always have. I read everywhere BF babies will tell you when they're done and you can't overfeed them and never take them off the breast and on and on, but my baby is 8 weeks old and has always nursed foreverrrrrr until by the end of the day she's screaming in pain and she spits up a bunch. She's had a few bad choking incidents because the spit up was so forceful and it's led to reflux. I know all the symptoms aren't just from the reflux, I'm certain the over eating caused the reflux because she literally never takes herself off... we could be there for an hour straight and she'd still be going. She also has some sopping wet diapers. I have an awesome supply and good foremilk/hindmilk balance. Part of it may be comfort sucking but she's still getting and swallowing milk past the point where she needs it for nutrition. She won't really take a pacifier, I've tried 10 different kinds she can't even latch on... soothies are ok to latch but she spits them out and I'm not playing the put the pacifier back in my mouth 100 times game. Do I set a time limit for her? What would that be? Sometimes I cut her off at 15 minutes but it's hard to distract her, she cries to stay on. Would letting my supply go a bit help maybe? I usually pump the other side if she only takes one side per feeding. We also BARELY make it to 2 hrs between feedings and the pediatrician said we should be trying to go even longer. She sleeps through the night, like 9pm to 5am because she's so full I think...which is nice but not exactly how babies are supposed to operate!
