32 days late

My period is 32 days late and I took three pregnancy tests when it was 10-15 days late. I got the arm implant birth control in about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Could that be why my period hasn't come yet? I have some nausea when it comes to certain smells and my boobs have gotten a bit bigger, but they don't hurt. I've been really emotional lately too. I don't know if it's the bc causing all of this or if I'm pregnant.
