Wondering if anyone has back problems from before getting pregnant? I didn't have any injury but last fall, found out that I have an L5/S1 herniated disc, only had one epidural in December for the pain associated with it, though it still gives me problems from time to time. I'm wondering if this is going to affect me havig a 100% natural birth. I can deal with the pain, don't want an epidural or meds, but as far as pushing effectively with my herniated disc, I'm kind of concerned. Wondering if anyone shared similar experience??
