Endless Spotting with Nexplanon?

I recently got the Nexplanon arm implant and I know one of the main and most common side affects is irregular bleeding, etc. I had it for a few weeks but then starting somewhat recently I've been spotting everyday and sometimes having a little more than spotting but not enough to call it a flow at all so idk! I'm also two days late to my period but I'm still spotting... what are people's experience with the nexplanon? Do I just keep wearing liners forever or does it usually even out after having it for a while?
