Best time to test?

Hi ladies! My husband and I have decided to start trying for baby number 2. I stopped taking birth control 12/31 completely because I missed a few days in December. I was also on an antibiotic 1/3 to 1/10. Af is due 2/1 but I read that ovulation may occur sooner if you stopped birth control. When should I test? 2/1 or sooner?
