Also I woke up at 2am temp was up at 98.1 then fell back asleep retested when I woke up at 530 and got the lower temperature. Not sure if that matters but I often wake in the middle of the night and I temp then (in case I don't fall back to sleep) and also whenever I wake for the day. Last few days the middle of the night like at 3am temp has been 97.6 then up a little in the morning to 97.8. Any thoughts advice for a bad sleeper?
