Late night food is my problem..

My husband and I work separate hours.. I work mornings he works afternoon/night... I try to wait for him but I'm starting to think that's my problem... I can go all day with out over eating or going off the plan.. But once 8:30ish rolls around I feel like I have to eat everything,... I'm starving.... So I eat what ever I can find.... I feel sick but gah,. Not eating causes a headache but eating causes my stomach to hurt & feel like puking... I'm thinking I'm gonna have to start going to bed early instead of waiting up... What to do!!!????
