Every time they tightened my braces I just eat soup or noodles. It's painful for 3 days and then you're good

Meee, I have metal braces too!! Tightening only hurt sometimes. The pain was the same pain as my mouth being sore when I got my braces on...like having a hard time chewing on solids. But that feeling didn't happen that often. Sometimes it didn't hurt. Goodluck, the end result is worth it!! Can't wait to get mines off.
