I don't think so. Attraction can't be helped, even within the same race it's not like you have to find everyone attractive.
It's pretty racist to say you could "never" be attracted to someone of another race, though. But if you haven't been then how is that your fault?

No. It's not wrong to have a preference. 
But when you start shaming other races or verbally/physically abusing someone because of their race then it becomes racism. 
If you don't date Hispanics or white people or black people because they disgust you in any way or you feel that you're more entitled than them then it's an issue.

I don't think so. Everyone can have a preference! As long as it doesn't include comments about that particular race I say it's ok.

No. Everybody has preferences and those preferences are mostly out of our control. I have a white friend who highly prefers to date Latino men. Doesn't make her racist against other white people or anyone else 🤷🏻‍♀️
