Maca root while pregnant
Has anyone taken maca root through their pregnancy? it helped get me pregnant and I'm nervous to stop taking it because it regulates hormones and I don't want my progesterone to drop (my mother had a miscarriage because of low progesterone). My bloodwork came back fine but that could be due to maca regulating it! I have read people say stop taking it just because there's lack of case studies and others say it helped them through their pregnancy
