sleep training
I know this might spark controversy, but has anyone started sleep training?
If you have, how old was your LO when you started, what method are you using, and how is it going?
My son is 5 months old and wakes up now 5+ times a night to be nursed back to sleep or held back to sleep. This has gotten progressively worse over the past month. I plan to start sleep training on Friday.
