BFN for the 10th month in a row. How do you all keep your head up and keep trying? Wanting to keep going but also so exhausted from it all.

I know the struggle... it's heartbreaking every time you look down at that stick and only see one line. I'm at the point where I'm too anxious to even take anymore tests for awhile because I always get my hopes up and then it feels like I'm just setting myself up for disappointment every single time. I'm only 23 and my boyfriend and I have been trying for 7 months now :( I rellllllllly hope its just the fact that I was on the NuvaRing for 5 years and perhaps it could still be getting out of my system. It's hard to even predict when I'm ovulating because I have missed my period completely this month and in February. And of course when my period becomes over a week late I get very excited, but that's never the case... Even when I feel the common symptoms. Yeah, I'm starting to think if I am not pregnant, something must be very wrong with me :/

Stop trying. I know its so hard to say but literally we were trying for over a year.   We got into a huge fight and I chose not to see my boyfriend for a week we then talked and literally had fun. I guess we had fun at the rite time because i got pregnant that day lol and I'm almost 7 weeks
