Twins?

(6 weeks prego) So I've had bad cramping, and a stabby feeling, along with a very *possibly* bloated stomach... I was thinking eptomix pregnancy, but there is no bleeding. 
My bio mother had two sets of fraternal twins and so did her mother. What do y'all think the chances of me having them are? 
I thought about going to the E R. Bc I've been so worried, but I wanted an input first.

Unless you have any bleeding I wouldn't be worried. Drink lots of water to help with the cramping and try not to stress. Wait for your appt and take your vitamins. Take care of you, mama! Good luck :) 👍🏼

Ectopic* (sorry lol) unfortunately that might be too early to see anything on an ultrasound but if you're worried about the cramps you could go in and they will do blood work to see if your levels are going down (miscarriage) or if they're very high (possibility of twins) it is very likely that you could have twins as fraternal twins are the genetic kind and they are also only genetically possible if it's on the mothers side.
