I need feed back please

So I haven't had a period since feb, and I've been having pregnancysymptoms but no positive tests. I went to the doctor yesterday and all she did was a pee test (which was still negative) but I feel so OFF. I'mnauseated, headaches, tired, normal foods sound gross, it's awful. But she didn't do an ultrasound or blood test? Just gave me pills to bring my monthly. Does this sound normal to you? Or am I just being ridiculous?!
