After losing our identical twins to a cervical ectopic pregnancy in February, this was our first month TTC ever since being cleared by the doctor. After frantically testing for days, I think I'm not losing my mind, and this might actually be my rainbow baby, and the best Mother's Day gift I could ever ask for! 🌈❤️💙👶🏼🌈
