LICE 🐜 please help!

We recently moved to a different town and our girls keep getting lice from the neighbors & passing it back & forth etc. This has been, by far, the hardest thing we have had to do! It is so exhausting! We've used combs & kits, (rid & nix) the robicomb that is supposed to zap them away, the sprays, mayo, vinegar, the list goes on! I am in tears with the amount of time & money we've spent on this! The companies that do it for you charge $150/hour.. we would be so far in debt if they had to come out. Mind you I have now gotten it & I'm not sure I can even treat, being pregnant! This is like being on a horror movie. I cannot "comb out" every single egg, especially when we can never get rid of them! I am so fed up! Sick of itching, scratching, doing laundry, etc! I'm hoping for a miracle! 😳
