22 weeks tomorrow💙 does that make me 5 1/2 months or 6 months?🤔

I think 24 weeks is 6 months, but some have said 6 months starts at 22 weeks. I'm confused

One month is 4 weeks. 
22/4= 5.5 
So I would just say 5 and a half months

I was fortunate in the fact that all of my dates are the beginning of the months so I can go based off of that. But I've seen this chart so frequently
