Disclosing Pregnancy During Interview Process?

Who has gone through a job interview process while pregnant? I'm curious people's opinions on when to disclose that you are pregnant. 
1. First phone interview with HR
2. Second phone interview with hiring manager
3. Face to face interview/site visit
4. At the time of hiring

I did at 27 weeks it was for a part time job. They can't ask about it but they asked about my availability, so I just told him I was pregnant because it was kind of obvious so I'd be taking 6 weeks of leave and I have doctors appointments but I can always make them for my days off. And I got hired on the spot. So depending how far you are I'd maybe not say anything until after but if your noticeably fat then maybe tell them, you still don't have to. But I just did because again it was obvious and since it was coming up soon, I just felt they should know then instead of hiring me then me saying oh well I'm going to be taking off in a few months. But that's just me.
