HCG after MC

So, I have a medically managed MC 04/20, used cytotec. I'm still testing positive on hpts so I called my OB yesterday and requested a blood draw to see what my quantitative HCG was. It's 61... wth!!! Why can't this be over already?! Three weeks, all I want is to be able to try again but my body apparently has other ideas...
