Hand washing baby clothes 😫

So, does anyone else on here live in an apartment?? My laundry is in the basement and costs 2.50 a load. So for more reasons than one, it's a huge pain in the ass to get any laundry done. So here I am handwashing all of her clothes when she shitsplodes in her pants 3 times a day. Does anyone have any tips on how to hand wash clothes more effectively or an alternate solution? I'm seriously considering building some sort of manual washing machine out of a salad spinner or somthing lol. Help.
