Spotting!?!

I just got a positive pregnancy test yesterday. I have had some bleeding/spotting. Only when I wipe. I have read this is normal. This is my first pregnancy. Today I am 5 weeks. No serious cramping.  Should I call the doctor?

Depends on how long it lasts. I had two days of very light spotting, like what you describe. If it continues to more than a few days, is bright red, increases in amount, or if there is cramping, then I would say call your doctor.

I'm 11 weeks 3 days now, and no worries.

I WOULD say it could be implantation bleeding, but you're already 5 weeks. Implantation bleeding typically occurs about 6 days after the egg is fertilized.
