When to take a HPT

I am wondering how soon i should take a hpt... According to this app and the other one i have (I am transistioning to this one, but have not deleted the other yet) both said I was supposed to start 3/4...I have been feeling somewhat off and a little "crampy" and "off" but no spotting or bleeding to speak of...should i take a test now??

Im in the same boat I was suppose to start on the 4th and nothing happening besides cramps on and off .. Im trying to hold off to take a test until Monday cause I don't wanna get my hopes up

I took one 3 days after missed period. Still had faint positives.  I'm 4 a out 5 weeks and I still have faint positives.
