I am an emotional wreck today. Tired and crying and I forced myself to stay in bed and read tonight. Can it be hormonal ? No LH surge this morning on OPK but just discovered EWCM tonite so I am confused ..

I am day 21 of my cycle. The last one lasted 45 days, the one before 56, they seem to be reducing.

Has it ever happened to you ?

You can have ewcm and not actually be getting ready to ovulate, although it probably means you are still fertile, or will be soon, so your best bet is to be bd'ing every other day to make sure you catch the egg since your cycles sounds irregular. Have you spoken to a doctor about how long they last? Have you ever heard of vitex chasteberry? It may be something to look into, it's been around for centuries and women call it "natures clomid", I would think it's definitely something worth researching in order to shorten your cycles. It has to be taken for a couple of months in order to get full results, but it's an natural herb that has absolutely no harmful side effects.
