Hi guys!  I am 7 weeks pregnant and I came down this morning with a terrible head cold!  Sinus congestion, coughing and a headache.  My dr is not in on the weekends and I need some serious fixer upper right now lol!  I've been using my netti pot but it's not giving me any relief anymore :(. Any help Nd suggestions?  Is there anything that someone knows of that I can possibly take otc perhaps?  Thanks!
