Pregnant but still got short period??

Question

Is it possible to get positive pregnancy test yesterday and today and still get a short period but still be pregnant ? It's still showing a faint positive :S

I only see blood when I wipe/pee. Same pad since 8am.. gross I know. But I needed to know for sure what my flow is like normally I wear diva cup.

My test is way fainter than yesterday but today I tested at like 5pm. Doesn't feel like normal af so far.

I'm super depressed and stressed and full of anxiety. Totally isolating from my son and SO.. Going to test again when I wake in the morning with first response and post.. will let you know if my bleeding increases. If it's negative tomorrow I'll try again next cycle
