recommended weight gain.......pffffffft
To all the beauties who are going through their first pregnancy and concerned about the recommended weight gain......DONT BE!!!! I was told 25lbs was my target weight gain. I gained 75lbs!!!! The point of this is to aware you you body needs what it needs!!!! If you are extremely hungry allllll the time YOUR BODY NEEDS IT. I gain 75LBS and everyone was telling me I'd never look the same again. It was bullshit because I was all back by 3 months. I feel like making women stress over their weight gain and telling them they don't actually NEED to eat that much is so wrong. I was hungry always and ate when I was hungry. If my body really didn't require that then I'd think I would have kept quite a bit of weight. Anyway love yourself and trust your body!!!!! Don't trust the scale.
