can anyone please help me?

I'm a first time mom and I've been trying to breastfeed my daughter. She's a month now and she's been taking BM and Formula. I've been doing so well w BM up until last week where I've been noticing that my milk supply has been gradually decreasing.

My daughter sometimes takes my boob, sometimes she just too fidgety & hyper to take it. Then she starts to cry hysterically bc she wants milk. So I give her some formula to calm her down and then I try again w my breast. And she takes some but doesn't get full w my BM.

I honestly feel so lost and at the brink of crying bc i really want to give her BM until she's a year the least and this isn't helping. I've been pumping too. But idk why my supply has gone down so drastically. I don't even make close to an ounce of BM with both boobs combined. Can anyone please help me or give me some advice? This has really taken a toll on me and I just feel useless and like a disappointment.

You can also ask your local La Leche League leader or Breastfeeding USA counselor for a list of local IBCLC’s and she may be able to give input on which lactation consultant is best for your unique situation.
IBCLCs can work in hospitals but many have private practices. A private practice Lactation Consultant is more likely to offer home visits, which is a huge relief when you are struggling to feed your baby, but are less likely to be covered by insurance.

She might be developing a bottle preference. Bottles are easier to eat from and they flow faster. Will she take breastmilk from a bottle? Maybe try pumping and giving your babe that from a bottle and there is no shame in being an exclusive pumper if that is what works for you.

My daughter got really fidgety around one month old as well, and wanted to feed all the time, but then seemed upset when I offered her the breast. I was quite worried that she might not be getting enough, but she had plenty of wet and dirty nappies and was putting on lots of weight. In retrospect I think it was just a growth spurt combined with her starting to get distracted and very overtired. It might be a similar phase.
The other explanation might be that by increasing the amount of formula you're signalling to your body that less milk is needed and don't allow it to catch up with the increasing demand now that your baby eats more and more.
I'd contact la leche league or a lactation consultant.

From what I understand if your breast aren't getting emptied milk production slows down because it doesn't need to make much to fill them back up. 
Now I truly don't know what you are going through because I'm not you but when my lo fusses and screams at the breast I keep offering till he takes it. If he is hysterically crying I'll squeeze a little milk out and place the tip in his mouth once he taste the milk he usually focuses again.
