I would not say you are too fat. Medically you could lose some weight to live a healthier lifestyle. Just try simple changes like exercise and possibly a Paleo diet. But this post is somewhat cruel to yourself. Love yourself, set small goals and if you want to change, then do so, but not this way. You are beautiful regardless.

I can't tell you that you're too fat. That's up to you as long as you feel that you're fine. I can tell you that as long as you're healthy it's fine. If you feel like you should lose weight that go for it. I'm 5'8 I was at 165 pounds and Most people thought I weighed less because I carried it well and I look good. This is me at 165 pounds.

I lost weight while working at wendy's i'm at 135-140 now

My stomach didn't change but my butt got smaller. I personally like the way I look at 165 pounds because I miss my booty but I feel healthier at my current weight. My knees don't hurt when I walk/bend them as much as they use to! It's easier to do stuff now. All I gotta say as long as you're happy with the way you feel and look you're perfect.

You are curvy. On the BMI scale they would call you overweight. It's up to you if you want to go by that or not. (It's incorrect for bodybuilders as muscle weighs way more than fat and they usually have a low body fat percentage) if you are not happy in your current size/shape, there are many MANY programs and apps and people willing to help you. If you are comfortable in your own skin, then do you and keep on being you!

You are BEAUTIFUL. I hope you eventually believe and know that. I can say things about doctors, bmi's, etc. But I'm not perfect. And I like to eat. I maintain my weight by swimming, but of course according to my bmi I'm overweight. Just be you, be happy. 😊
