how early can a baby start teething?

My son is about to be 11 weeks and the past few days has been very fussy. I also noticed he is drooling a lot more (and making little bubbles in his mouth) he hasn't been taking naps as much and he has been putting his hands fingers in his mouth a lot...is it possible he could be teething already ???

Babies can teethe at any time, in fact my uncle was born with two teeth!! They can get them very early or even a little late, but all babies are different

The fussiness could be a growth spurt or mental leap (they go through both around that time). Drooling is a good sign of digestive growth that happens around 3 months & they also start trying to learn how to self soothe at that time by putting their fingers in their mouth. Teething can happen then but not often.

It is possible but my 12 week old has started doing this I looked it up on google and it's because they build up to much water in there mouth so dribble it out, and they eat there hand to soothe themselves! I thought my LO was teething but it's not it's just what the Internet says :) and they also said they go through a growth spurt at this age maybe why he's taking naps? Xx
