My clit isn't sensitive at all

I can only orgasm if I sit on my heel and move around a bit but it's always a pretty lame orgasm. My clit isn't really sensitive at all and doesn't feel like much if I use my fingers. Is that normal or is there anything I could do to make it feel better??
