Working moms, when you pump at work how much are you able to pump? My LO is about nine weeks old and when I pump at work I can only get about 3ounces a session. I pump every two or three hours and nurse if I can on my lunch break. I feel like I can't get ahead on or really keep up sending milk to daycare and at home for dad to feel when I'm gone. I take reglen once a day and I drink a lot of water. I have a medla electric double pump, and I switch beast shields because the standard were too big, so I don't think it's the pump. How much should I be able to pump in one session?
