Went to ER and HCG is 80,000 I go for an ultrasound in the morning so see if everything is alright. Them I have my regular ultrasound on June 6th. I'm very nervous but feel better knowing my HCG levels are in the normal range

As long as you aren't cramping or bleeding a lot of bright red blood, you're probably fine :) I had a mc in feb, and am currently 8wks now. Had a bleeding scare yesterday (bright red!) but everything is fine! I've heard about breakthrough bleeding around when your period would have been -- apparently it usually happens around 8 and 12 weeks

I would say not to worry because they are different brand tests. And are you having a lot of bleeding as in filling up a maxi pad with cramping?

I've read that once your hcg starts getting really high, it can overwhelm the test and cause the line to be lighter (and that it's gets darker if you dilute your urine with water). Not sure how true this is, but if you google it, you'll see that lots of women have lighter tests the further along they get. How far along are you?

Catherine's right. Since they are different brands you can't really compare the two. Both are clearly positive. So I say congrats!!

I would see a doctor it could mean a miscarriage looking at your previous post if the levels of HCG are dropping
