Struggled with Bathing

Brittney
This is just my story feel free to share yours. I no everyone has this problem unless u have help. I couldn't take a bath unless someone watched my daughter which was not very often. I'm sorry but this is all true. When I first had my daughter I could take a shower or bath whenever my husband or mom would watch her. But when u first have ur baby who wants to actually take one all the time. Whether you had a c-section or vaginal birth it's going to hurt somewhere. For me the water felt like needles even when I used the bathroom. So fast forward a almost a month my husband is working and my mom living here life. Everything is back to normal except my bun is finally out of the oven. Which means no more fast showers when I need to be clean. I washed Of but that's about it. I would shower once a week bc I have no help or time for a bath until she was 10 months old. Then I started laying here on the bed with the door open while she slept. After putting her to sleep I had an hour before she woke up. Yes an hour is a long time but I had to clean up again for the 50th time baby food, toys, clothes needed wash and so on. I would put the stopper in the tub and wash my hair in the shower. Then turn off the shower and wash of everything else in the water in the tub so I could try and relax I did this if I was lucky twice a week until now. When she could start walking good I felt it was safe to take a bath with her. Bc if I wash my face and she decides to stand up and falls I can't see and do much if soap is in my eyes. And I can let her sit in the bath while I'm drying off. She is now 1 year and 3 months I take a bath every time she does unless I'm to tired from chasing her and cleaning all day so I get about 4 a week no I am no longer feel nasty.
