I hate when my boyfriend ex text him and me and him fight about it because I tell him if she know we together why is she still texting him after he doesn't even got feeling for her and he tell me it's about her job advice  but when we fight I always tell him he take me for granted and sometimes we like to make each other mad

If the two of you want to make each other mad just for the thrills then you should probably reevaluate the relationship. That's not healthy. 
He shouldn't be communicating wit his ex. If it bothers you then he should be respecting that and tell her to stop contacting him. I don't care what the reason for her talking to him is. It can either be genuine or she could be wanting him back. He needs to tell her to stop communicating. If not then he's entertaining the communication and enjoys it.

He needs to let go of the past and move on. There are plenty of people in the world to advise her. What is she a friendless, orphan? If they're not going to cease regular contact, and you're that uncomfortable break up. This isn't the same as running into an ex out & about and having a harmless conversation.

I hate these sorts of posts, really. Why is talking with an ex about work and advice a bad thing? The ability to remain amicable with an ex is a good thing--means things didn't go down in flames and they actually broke up in such a way that they maintained some dignity. You know you've met tooons of men who talk about their ex like "Yeah that bitch is psycho" so you know it didn't end well. They were a thing in the past. He's not putting his dick in her via text. Let him have friends. She's in the past, and if you'd quit looking backwards you'd see he chose a future with you. Until you have something to actually worry about, quit picking fights over some texts, or the next time someone asks him about an ex, he'll be referring to you and saying the above phrase.
