Sore breasts ?

So yesterday/today I noticed that my nipples are really sore .. My boyfriend kinda brushed across my nipple and it hurt like hell .. I'm 17, sexually active .. Could this mean I'm pregnant bc I'm not ovulating.. 2 weeks ago I was at work and I felt so nauseous I almost threw up .. And then I was sweating really bad followed by dizziness .. Lately I've been super hungry and constipated.. Gross I know .. Also when I stand for a long period of time my back starts to hurt .. Even when I'm sitting sometimes .. A couple days ago I had a really bad back pain on the right side of my back and then I got cramps .. Im 17 by the way
