Worried :( help?!

I'm not sure why , but tonight of course out of all nights... I'm getting more concerned about having a miscarriage , although I'm 11wks 3dy. I'm not sure why I guess because I know that Mondays are always my favourite days now (I'll be 12wks then) ..after that I'll have one more week till I'm 13! Witch I'm so excited for . So I guess what I'm wondering is how many woman have had a miscarriage at 11wks? I had an ultrasound when I was 9wks and a few days , although the tech said everything looked fine and there was a heartbeat , I'm still worried :( guess I'm just looking for some support?! I have a midwife app on Tuesday. Thankgod. I just worry a lot.. Thanks ladies!
