Closure with an early miscarriage

I lost my baby at 7 weeks on Wednesday. I am so devastated I never got closure, I didn't get to say goodbye or even hear a heartbeat. I had wanted this baby for 3 years. So I decided to put this away in the closet so I'll never forget. This is the outfit I bought when I found out I was pregnant and I was so happy in the baby isle I was crying the whole time I don't have anyone to share with besides my husband because no-one knew I was pregnant.
