2 month old sick?!

Being a first time mom not sure if my baby is getting sick or over thinking it? She is little over 2 months. Today her nose is stuffy, she has been coughing but nothing super major. She doesn't feel real warm on her neck and she is eating. She seems to be little more tired than she has lately I feel like she might be getting a cold but not sure?! Any input. If it's still weird tmrw I'll take her to dr Monday
