Baby Blues and how to deal with them? 😢

I've been feeling really sad and wanting to cry since my baby was born 2 weeks ago, anyone else going through this pls tell me it gets better?

I had that with my daughter it got pretty bad though, I had to go to counseling. You can try taking up a hobby, coloring, writing, or just calling someone to cheer you up. I also had my mom stay over a few days and that helped.

I had this with my first baby and now pregnant with my second feel terrified it will happen again. It took a long time before I felt back to my usual self I won't lie but the one thing I would really urge you to do is talk to your doctor. I didn't and makes it worse. Friends dismissed it as just baby blues and my poor husband was left trying to convince me to speak to a doctor as he could tell before I could even admit it to myself. Do anything that makes you feel happy and relaxed though. Give yourself positive things to look forward to and don't put too much pressure on yourself. Also don't listen to ppl on social media talking about how wonderful they feel after having a baby (nobody puts posts saying they feel so down they can barely get off sofa). This is exactly me! I live in another state from where I actually am from for my husbands job! It sucks so much! I miss home :( plus my husband an I have been having issues that need to be worked on! I pray it gets better! I feel horrible
