UTI and Yeast infection?

Is it possible to have a UTI and yeast infection? When I pee, it's super cloudy and smells super strong & weird.. it also burns really bad. But I also have super thick/creamy discharge and my vagina is so itchy and burns like a bitch. I am sexual active, but with one person so it's not an std. I'm about to go to CVS to buy Monistat. Does this sound like a UTI or yeast infection? Or both? Help please
