I believe smoking anything can lower sperm count, but that doesn't always mean it makes it hard to get pregnant. My boyfriend smoked it a lot. Like multiple times a day and I got pregnant. So not necessarily.

I belive my husband's low sperm motility (27%) is due to smoking weed, but that's just an assumption. His sperm count is ridiculously high though (94 million). Been 7 months of ttc, no luck yet.

We have done ivf 3 times. 2 cycles my husband smoked weed all our embryos died and were terrible quality. 1 cycle he hadn't smoked in 6 months and now I'm 38 weeks pregnant. My husband has a high count, 400M all other parameters normal but we still couldn't concieve. I blame the weed. Some ppl comment it doesn't matter but studies prove it does if a couple is borderline infertility. Smoking pot even once a week can push a borderline infertile couple into infertility
