Can having a cold affect BBT?

I have had a cold since Friday 6th and since then my bbt has gone up from 36.2C on Friday to 36.5C on Saturday, then 36.7C today, I'm not sure if this is from my cold or ovulation because Glow says my peak day is Tuesday 10th. This is my first month taking my bbt with a cold, so I'm not sure of the variables 😭 Anyone can help?
