The Pill: Effectivity?

How effective is the birth control pill? Please comment experiences. Do you let your SO come inside of you? Would birth control + pulling out be sufficient to prevent pregnancy (and wearing condoms on my fertile days)?

As long as the pill is taken at the exact same time every day it is effective. I let my SO finish inside, and it has kept me not pregnant so that's a success! Lol

When you take the pill it eliminates ovulation, so if taken correctly you wouldn't have fertile days.

If you take it 100% correctly then it is highly effective. But that means the same time every single day, no being late or missing a day. If you get sick and have to take antibiotics or a certain medication check with your doctor or pharmacist to make sure it won't effect it. I was on the pill for 3 years and was very sexually active, always letting my so finish inside me and I was fine. Using the pill and the pullout method should keep you babyless
