So I looked a couple of foods up that help to conceive. Didn't have too long to look for more so does anyone know what foods will help?

@ Ashland I have to have a lactose free diet and I know a diet with dairy is very important for ttc and I drink the lactaid brand milk... I been starting to mix soy and regular milk together to see if my stomach can tolarate it.. Hope some of those ideas can help you

He loves orange juice so that good and thank y'all (: I've had a lot of problems with my stomach lately ended up in the ER over pain 4 times I the last two months. I can't have dairy and I saw that was one thing that would help online so I figured try to find more (:

A lot of berries are thought to be beneficial, another one is dark leafy greens (for the iron content). Someone below said edamame - that's soybeans (contains a plant estrogen) so definitely don't eat too much or too often because it can interfere with your hormone production. Overall just eat healthier and it should help.

Oh okay yeah we got him pills to help with his sperm count. So that's been good makes him very "turned on" lol so it's a win win. And he doesn't like sweet potatoes lol
